Quality Management System
SYNTHESAR, S.A. has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard
The activities that SYNTHESAR, S.A. considers to meet the quality requirements according to the international ISO 9001 standard are outlined in the following Quality Policy:
- SYNTHESAR, S.A. is dedicated to the Design, Manufacturing, and Marketing of Industrial Chemical Products.
- Commitment to meeting the explicit and implicit demands, requirements, and expectations of our customers, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Disseminate the Quality objectives and criteria at all levels of our structure.
- Implement Quality indicators and monitor their progress to understand and ensure the product and quality level desired by our customer.
- Ensure that working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may arise in the processes, eliminating them as much as possible, and reducing those evaluated.
- Develop continuous training programs to improve the qualifications of our workers, thus involving all personnel in achieving quality objectives.
- Consolidate the continuous improvement process in the performance of all activities carried out in the Company.
- Foster and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.

The conservation of nature for our generation and future ones is something we always keep in mind at Synthesar. Our facilities comply with current regulations on waste control and reduction. The health and environmental safety of our surroundings, neighbors, and employees is our responsibility, which is why we actively collaborate in the prevention of potential environmental risks.

Quality Control
SYNTHESAR is composed of highly qualified personnel (graduates in chemical sciences and experts in their fields) responsible for developing new products and continuously improving existing ones. REACh & CLP
European Legislation on the Classification of Substances and Chemical Products
The REACh Regulation (EC1907/2006) is the new European legislation on the classification of substances and chemical products.
As distributors of chemical products and manufacturers of preparations, the impact of the European REACh directive on SYNTHESAR, S.A. is limited.
SYNTHESAR, S.A. has received confirmation from its suppliers that they have pre-registered the substances contained in their products and are proceeding with their registration within the deadlines indicated in the REACh regulation, in order to continue supplying their products in the EU.
In the event that some of the products marketed by SYNTHESAR, S.A. contain substances that will not be registered and will no longer be marketed, our customers will be informed well in advance so they can take appropriate actions as provided under REACh.
The CLP Regulation (EC1272/2008) is the new European legislation on the classification, labeling, and packaging of substances and chemical products.
